To uninstall libjlapack-java just follow these instructions.
/debian/jessie/contrib///install/index.html LAPACK numerical subroutines translated from their Fortran 77 source Debian 8.0 contrib/java 0.8~dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove libjlapack-java
Which will remove just the libjlapack-java package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libjlapack-java
This will remove the libjlapack-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libjlapack-java then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge libjlapack-java
Or similarly, like this libjlapack-java
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libjlapack-java
