How To Uninstall education-language On Debian 8
To uninstall education-language just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just education-language

This will remove just the education-language package itself.
Uninstall education-language and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove education-language
This will remove the education-language package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for education-language then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge education-language
Or similarly, like this education-language
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove education-language
