To uninstall libcdd0d-dbg just follow these instructions.
/debian/jessie/main///install/index.html debugging symbols for libcdd0d Debian 8.0 debug 094g-5
sudo apt-get remove libcdd0d-dbg
Which will remove just the libcdd0d-dbg package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcdd0d-dbg
This will remove the libcdd0d-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcdd0d-dbg then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge libcdd0d-dbg
Or similarly, like this libcdd0d-dbg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcdd0d-dbg
