How To Uninstall libeeze1 on jessie

To uninstall libeeze1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libeeze1

Library for manipulating devices through udev Debian 8.0 libs 1.8.6-2.1+b2

sudo apt-get remove libeeze1

Which will remove just the libeeze1 package itself.

Uninstall libeeze1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libeeze1

This will remove the libeeze1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libeeze1 then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libeeze1  

Or similarly, like this libeeze1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libeeze1
