How To Install mlpost on jessie
To install mlpost just follow these instructions.

Install mlpost
/debian/jessie/main///install/index.html OCaml interface to Metapost (command-line tool) Debian 8.0 tex 0.8.1-6
sudo apt-get install mlpost
Which will install mlpost and any other packages on which it depends.
