How To Uninstall mlterm-im-uim on jessie
To uninstall mlterm-im-uim just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always remove mlterm-im-uim again by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just mlterm-im-uim
/debian/jessie/main///install/index.html MultiLingual TERMinal, uim input method plugin Debian 8.0 x11 3.3.8-2
sudo apt-get remove mlterm-im-uim
Which will remove just the mlterm-im-uim package itself.
Uninstall mlterm-im-uim and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mlterm-im-uim
This will remove the mlterm-im-uim package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for mlterm-im-uim then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mlterm-im-uim
Or similarly, like this mlterm-im-uim
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mlterm-im-uim
