How To Uninstall mod-gearman-module on jessie
To uninstall mod-gearman-module just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always remove mod-gearman-module again by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just mod-gearman-module
/debian/jessie/main///install/index.html Nagios/Icinga event broker module for Mod-Gearman Debian 8.0 net 1.4.14-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove mod-gearman-module
Which will remove just the mod-gearman-module package itself.
Uninstall mod-gearman-module and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mod-gearman-module
This will remove the mod-gearman-module package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for mod-gearman-module then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mod-gearman-module
Or similarly, like this mod-gearman-module
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mod-gearman-module
