How To Uninstall multimedia-mixing on jessie
To uninstall multimedia-mixing just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just multimedia-mixing
/debian/jessie/main///install/index.html Packages for mixing and mastering your music Debian 8.0 misc 0.2
sudo apt-get remove multimedia-mixing
Which will remove just the multimedia-mixing package itself.
Uninstall multimedia-mixing and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove multimedia-mixing
This will remove the multimedia-mixing package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for multimedia-mixing then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge multimedia-mixing
Or similarly, like this multimedia-mixing
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove multimedia-mixing
