sudo apt-get remove mupen64plus-audio-all

Which will remove just the mupen64plus-audio-all package itself.

Uninstall mupen64plus-audio-all and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mupen64plus-audio-all

This will remove the mupen64plus-audio-all package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
