Uninstall mupen64plus-video-glide64-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mupen64plus-video-glide64-dbg

This will remove the mupen64plus-video-glide64-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mupen64plus-video-glide64-dbg then this will work.
