To install mygui-doc just follow these instructions.

Install mygui-doc
/debian/jessie/main///install/index.html API documentations for MyGUI library Debian 8.0 doc 3.2.1-1
sudo apt-get install mygui-doc
Which will install mygui-doc and any other packages on which it depends.
