How To Uninstall myspell-pt on jessie
To uninstall myspell-pt just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always remove myspell-pt again by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just myspell-pt
/debian/jessie/main///install/index.html Portuguese dictionaries for myspell Debian 8.0 text 20091013-7
sudo apt-get remove myspell-pt
Which will remove just the myspell-pt package itself.
Uninstall myspell-pt and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myspell-pt
This will remove the myspell-pt package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for myspell-pt then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myspell-pt
Or similarly, like this myspell-pt
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove myspell-pt
