This will remove just the udo-doc-en package itself.
Uninstall udo-doc-en and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove udo-doc-en
This will remove the udo-doc-en package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for udo-doc-en then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge udo-doc-en
Or similarly, like this udo-doc-en
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove udo-doc-en
