Uninstall just activity-log-manager

This will remove just the activity-log-manager package itself.
Uninstall activity-log-manager and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove activity-log-manager
This will remove the activity-log-manager package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for activity-log-manager then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge activity-log-manager
Or similarly, like this activity-log-manager
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove activity-log-manager
