To uninstall apache2-suexec-custom just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just apache2-suexec-custom

Apache HTTP Server configurable suexec program for mod_suexec Debian 9.0 httpd 2.4.25-3

sudo apt-get remove apache2-suexec-custom

Which will remove just the apache2-suexec-custom package itself.

Uninstall apache2-suexec-custom and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove apache2-suexec-custom

This will remove the apache2-suexec-custom package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for apache2-suexec-custom then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge apache2-suexec-custom  

Or similarly, like this apache2-suexec-custom

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove apache2-suexec-custom
