How To Uninstall bagel-data On Debian 9
To uninstall bagel-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bagel-data

This will remove just the bagel-data package itself.
Uninstall bagel-data and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bagel-data
This will remove the bagel-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for bagel-data then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bagel-data
Or similarly, like this bagel-data
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bagel-data
