To uninstall binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi

GNU binary utilities, for arm-linux-gnueabi target Debian 9.0 devel 2.28-5

sudo apt-get remove binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi

Which will remove just the binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi package itself.

Uninstall binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi

This will remove the binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge binutils-arm-linux-gnueabi
