sudo apt-get remove binutils-hppa-linux-gnu
Which will remove just the binutils-hppa-linux-gnu package itself.
Uninstall binutils-hppa-linux-gnu and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binutils-hppa-linux-gnu
This will remove the binutils-hppa-linux-gnu package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for binutils-hppa-linux-gnu then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge binutils-hppa-linux-gnu
Or similarly, like this binutils-hppa-linux-gnu
