How To Uninstall binutils-m68k-linux-gnu on stretch

To uninstall binutils-m68k-linux-gnu just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just binutils-m68k-linux-gnu

GNU binary utilities, for m68k-linux-gnu target Debian 9.0 devel 2.28-5

sudo apt-get remove binutils-m68k-linux-gnu

Which will remove just the binutils-m68k-linux-gnu package itself.

Uninstall binutils-m68k-linux-gnu and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binutils-m68k-linux-gnu

This will remove the binutils-m68k-linux-gnu package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for binutils-m68k-linux-gnu then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge binutils-m68k-linux-gnu  

Or similarly, like this binutils-m68k-linux-gnu

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove binutils-m68k-linux-gnu
