To install bladerf just follow these instructions.

Install bladerf
/debian/stretch/main///install/index.html nuand bladeRF software-defined radio device (tools) Debian 9.0 comm 0.2016.06-1+b2
sudo apt-get install bladerf
Which will install bladerf and any other packages on which it depends.
