To install bucardo just follow these instructions.

Install bucardo
/debian/stretch/main///install/index.html asynchronous replication system for PostgreSQL Debian 9.0 database 5.4.1-1
sudo apt-get install bucardo
Which will install bucardo and any other packages on which it depends.
