How To Uninstall budgie-core on stretch
To uninstall budgie-core just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always remove budgie-core again by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just budgie-core
/debian/stretch/main///install/index.html Core package for Budgie-Desktop Debian 9.0 x11 10.2.9-2
sudo apt-get remove budgie-core
Which will remove just the budgie-core package itself.
Uninstall budgie-core and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove budgie-core
This will remove the budgie-core package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for budgie-core then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge budgie-core
Or similarly, like this budgie-core
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove budgie-core
