This will remove just the calligra-l10n-cavalencia package itself.
Uninstall calligra-l10n-cavalencia and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove calligra-l10n-cavalencia
This will remove the calligra-l10n-cavalencia package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
