sudo apt-get remove debian-installer-9-netboot-armhf

Which will remove just the debian-installer-9-netboot-armhf package itself.

Uninstall debian-installer-9-netboot-armhf and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove debian-installer-9-netboot-armhf

This will remove the debian-installer-9-netboot-armhf package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for debian-installer-9-netboot-armhf then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
