How To Uninstall epix on stretch
To uninstall epix just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always remove epix again by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just epix
/debian/stretch/main///install/index.html Create mathematically accurate line figures, plots and movies Debian 9.0 tex 1.2.16-3
sudo apt-get remove epix
Which will remove just the epix package itself.
Uninstall epix and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove epix
This will remove the epix package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for epix then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge epix
Or similarly, like this epix
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove epix
