How To Uninstall faenza-icon-theme on stretch

/debian/stretch/main///install/index.html Faenza icon theme Debian 9.0 gnome 1.3.1-1
sudo apt-get remove faenza-icon-theme
Which will remove just the faenza-icon-theme package itself.
Uninstall faenza-icon-theme and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove faenza-icon-theme
This will remove the faenza-icon-theme package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for faenza-icon-theme then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge faenza-icon-theme
Or similarly, like this faenza-icon-theme
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove faenza-icon-theme
