How To Uninstall firefox-esr-l10n-ast on stretch
To uninstall firefox-esr-l10n-ast just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just firefox-esr-l10n-ast
/debian/stretch/main///install/index.html Asturian language package for Firefox ESR Debian 9.0 localization 45.9.0esr-1
sudo apt-get remove firefox-esr-l10n-ast
Which will remove just the firefox-esr-l10n-ast package itself.
Uninstall firefox-esr-l10n-ast and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove firefox-esr-l10n-ast
This will remove the firefox-esr-l10n-ast package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for firefox-esr-l10n-ast then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge firefox-esr-l10n-ast
Or similarly, like this firefox-esr-l10n-ast
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove firefox-esr-l10n-ast
