To uninstall fonts-aksharyogini2 just follow these instructions.
/debian/stretch/main///install/index.html aksharyogini2 devanagari normal style font Debian 9.0 fonts 1.0-1
sudo apt-get remove fonts-aksharyogini2
Which will remove just the fonts-aksharyogini2 package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-aksharyogini2
This will remove the fonts-aksharyogini2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-aksharyogini2 then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-aksharyogini2
Or similarly, like this fonts-aksharyogini2
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-aksharyogini2
