To uninstall fonts-thai-tlwg-otf just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-thai-tlwg-otf

Thai OpenType fonts maintained by TLWG (metapackage) Debian 9.0 fonts 1:0.6.3-1

sudo apt-get remove fonts-thai-tlwg-otf

Which will remove just the fonts-thai-tlwg-otf package itself.

Uninstall fonts-thai-tlwg-otf and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-thai-tlwg-otf

This will remove the fonts-thai-tlwg-otf package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-thai-tlwg-otf then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-thai-tlwg-otf
