How To Uninstall freeradius-utils on stretch

To uninstall freeradius-utils just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just freeradius-utils

FreeRADIUS client utilities Debian 9.0 net 3.0.12+dfsg-5

sudo apt-get remove freeradius-utils

Which will remove just the freeradius-utils package itself.

Uninstall freeradius-utils and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove freeradius-utils

This will remove the freeradius-utils package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for freeradius-utils then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge freeradius-utils  

Or similarly, like this freeradius-utils

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove freeradius-utils
