Uninstall just kdeedu-kvtml-data

This will remove just the kdeedu-kvtml-data package itself.
Uninstall kdeedu-kvtml-data and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kdeedu-kvtml-data
This will remove the kdeedu-kvtml-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kdeedu-kvtml-data then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kdeedu-kvtml-data
Or similarly, like this kdeedu-kvtml-data
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kdeedu-kvtml-data
