How To Uninstall kio-audiocd On Debian 9
To uninstall kio-audiocd just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just kio-audiocd
http://installion.co.uk/debian/stretch/main/k/kio-audiocd/uninstall/index.htmltransparent audio CD access for applications using the KDE PlatformDebian 9.0kde4:16.08.3-1sudo apt-get remove kio-audiocd
This will remove just the kio-audiocd package itself.
Uninstall kio-audiocd and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kio-audiocd
This will remove the kio-audiocd package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kio-audiocd then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kio-audiocd
Or similarly, like this kio-audiocd
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kio-audiocd
