How To Uninstall libadns1-dbg On Debian 9

To uninstall libadns1-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libadns1-dbg

Asynchronous-capable DNS client library (debugging symbols)Debian 9.0debug1.5.0~rc1-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove libadns1-dbg

This will remove just the libadns1-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libadns1-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libadns1-dbg

This will remove the libadns1-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libadns1-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libadns1-dbg

Or similarly, like this libadns1-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libadns1-dbg
