To uninstall multimedia-photography just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove multimedia-photography
This will remove just the multimedia-photography package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove multimedia-photography
This will remove the multimedia-photography package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for multimedia-photography then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge multimedia-photography
Or similarly, like this multimedia-photography
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove multimedia-photography
