How To Uninstall r-cran-logspline on stretch

To uninstall r-cran-logspline just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r-cran-logspline

GNU R package providing routines for the logspline density estimation Debian 9.0 gnu-r 2.1.9-1

sudo apt-get remove r-cran-logspline

Which will remove just the r-cran-logspline package itself.

Uninstall r-cran-logspline and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-logspline

This will remove the r-cran-logspline package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-logspline then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-logspline  

Or similarly, like this r-cran-logspline

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-cran-logspline
