How To Uninstall emdebian-grip-server On Debian 7

sudo apt-get remove emdebian-grip-server

This will remove just the emdebian-grip-server package itself.

Uninstall emdebian-grip-server and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove emdebian-grip-server

This will remove the emdebian-grip-server package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for emdebian-grip-server then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge emdebian-grip-server
