Uninstall just fcitx-table-thai

This will remove just the fcitx-table-thai package itself.
Uninstall fcitx-table-thai and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fcitx-table-thai
This will remove the fcitx-table-thai package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for fcitx-table-thai then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fcitx-table-thai
Or similarly, like this fcitx-table-thai
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fcitx-table-thai
