How To Uninstall hodie On Debian 7
To uninstall hodie just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just hodie
http://installion.co.uk/debian/wheezy/main/h/hodie/uninstall/index.htmlprints the date in latinDebian 7.0science1.5-1sudo apt-get remove hodie
This will remove just the hodie package itself.
Uninstall hodie and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove hodie
This will remove the hodie package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for hodie then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge hodie
Or similarly, like this hodie
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove hodie
