Uninstall just japi-compliance-checker

sudo apt-get remove japi-compliance-checker

This will remove just the japi-compliance-checker package itself.

Uninstall japi-compliance-checker and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove japi-compliance-checker

This will remove the japi-compliance-checker package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for japi-compliance-checker then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge japi-compliance-checker

Or similarly, like this japi-compliance-checker

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove japi-compliance-checker
