To uninstall liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa

ALSA audio plugin for the Allegro library Debian 7.0 libs 2:4.4.2-2.1

sudo apt-get remove liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa

Which will remove just the liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa package itself.

Uninstall liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa

This will remove the liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa  

Or similarly, like this liballegro4.4-plugin-alsa
