How To Uninstall libbarry18 on wheezy

To uninstall libbarry18 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libbarry18

Library for using the BlackBerry handheld on Linux Debian 7.0 libs 0.18.3-5

sudo apt-get remove libbarry18

Which will remove just the libbarry18 package itself.

Uninstall libbarry18 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libbarry18

This will remove the libbarry18 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libbarry18 then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libbarry18  

Or similarly, like this libbarry18

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libbarry18
