How To Uninstall libbytecode-java-doc on wheezy

To uninstall libbytecode-java-doc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libbytecode-java-doc

Documentation for the API of the Java bytecode library Debian 7.0 doc 0.92.svn.20090106-1

sudo apt-get remove libbytecode-java-doc

Which will remove just the libbytecode-java-doc package itself.

Uninstall libbytecode-java-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libbytecode-java-doc

This will remove the libbytecode-java-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libbytecode-java-doc then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libbytecode-java-doc  

Or similarly, like this libbytecode-java-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libbytecode-java-doc
