How To Uninstall libcipux-storage-perl on wheezy

To uninstall libcipux-storage-perl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libcipux-storage-perl

storage abstraction layer for CipUX Debian 7.0 perl 3.4.0.2-6

sudo apt-get remove libcipux-storage-perl

Which will remove just the libcipux-storage-perl package itself.

Uninstall libcipux-storage-perl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcipux-storage-perl

This will remove the libcipux-storage-perl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libcipux-storage-perl then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libcipux-storage-perl  

Or similarly, like this libcipux-storage-perl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcipux-storage-perl
