How To Uninstall libclhep2.1 on wheezy

To uninstall libclhep2.1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libclhep2.1

CLHEP Debian 7.0 libs 2.1.2.3-1

sudo apt-get remove libclhep2.1

Which will remove just the libclhep2.1 package itself.

Uninstall libclhep2.1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libclhep2.1

This will remove the libclhep2.1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libclhep2.1 then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libclhep2.1  

Or similarly, like this libclhep2.1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libclhep2.1
