How To Uninstall libgdata2.1-cil on wheezy

To uninstall libgdata2.1-cil just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgdata2.1-cil

Google GData CLI client library Debian 7.0 cli-mono 2.1.0.0-1

sudo apt-get remove libgdata2.1-cil

Which will remove just the libgdata2.1-cil package itself.

Uninstall libgdata2.1-cil and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgdata2.1-cil

This will remove the libgdata2.1-cil package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgdata2.1-cil then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgdata2.1-cil  

Or similarly, like this libgdata2.1-cil

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgdata2.1-cil
