How To Uninstall libglobus-gfork0 on wheezy

To uninstall libglobus-gfork0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libglobus-gfork0

Globus Toolkit - GFork Debian 7.0 libs 3.2-1

sudo apt-get remove libglobus-gfork0

Which will remove just the libglobus-gfork0 package itself.

Uninstall libglobus-gfork0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libglobus-gfork0

This will remove the libglobus-gfork0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libglobus-gfork0 then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libglobus-gfork0  

Or similarly, like this libglobus-gfork0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libglobus-gfork0
