How To Uninstall libglpk0 on wheezy

To uninstall libglpk0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libglpk0

linear programming kit with integer (MIP) support Debian 7.0 libs 4.45-1

sudo apt-get remove libglpk0

Which will remove just the libglpk0 package itself.

Uninstall libglpk0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libglpk0

This will remove the libglpk0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libglpk0 then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libglpk0  

Or similarly, like this libglpk0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libglpk0
