How To Uninstall libobjc4-dbg on wheezy

To uninstall libobjc4-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libobjc4-dbg

Runtime library for GNU Objective-C applications (debug symbols) Debian 7.0 debug 4.7.2-5

sudo apt-get remove libobjc4-dbg

Which will remove just the libobjc4-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libobjc4-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libobjc4-dbg

This will remove the libobjc4-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libobjc4-dbg then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libobjc4-dbg  

Or similarly, like this libobjc4-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libobjc4-dbg
