To uninstall libpam-barada just follow these instructions.
/debian/wheezy/main///install/index.html PAM module to provide two-factor authentication based on HOTP Debian 7.0 libs 0.5-3.1
sudo apt-get remove libpam-barada
Which will remove just the libpam-barada package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libpam-barada
This will remove the libpam-barada package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libpam-barada then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge libpam-barada
Or similarly, like this libpam-barada
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libpam-barada
