How To Uninstall raincat-dbg On Debian 7
To uninstall raincat-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just raincat-dbg

This will remove just the raincat-dbg package itself.
Uninstall raincat-dbg and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove raincat-dbg
This will remove the raincat-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for raincat-dbg then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge raincat-dbg
Or similarly, like this raincat-dbg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove raincat-dbg
